Veggie Loaded Everything Bagel Pasta Salad

After being out of town for a week, I spent the day yesterday meal prepping to help prepare for a week of getting back on track with work, school, and our regular routine! One of the first items up that I prepped was an easy pasta salad. Pasta salads are on of those dishes that I love making ahead of time because they make easy lunches and/or a simple addition to dinner! Another perk is that they just get better in the fridge after sitting for a day or two. I love that I can add a tons of veggies into the mix to bulk up the pasta along with whatever protein I want to add in whether that be beans, chicken, or cured meats! I am currently obsessed with my new favorite pasta salad which just so happens to use one of my go-to seasonings, everything bagel seasoning. My Everything Bagel Pasta Salad is not only easy to make, but your whole family is going to love eating it all week long!

Healthier Chocolate Zucchini Donuts

My kiddo happens to be a donut lover. It’s the one thing he can’t resist and asks for whenever we are out and about and they are available. Of course the occasional donut indulgence is fine, but when you can make your own at home and the ingredients are all good ones, you don’t have to feel bad about serving them up to your kids any day of the week! With the end of summer approaching at a rapid pace, I find that everyone I know has a ton of zucchini in their fridge and I know I am always looking for recipes to use up my zucchini in new ways! My healthier chocolate zucchini donuts are perfect for a healthy and fun breakfast and they happen to be loaded with all the good stuff!

Easy 3 Ingredient Macaroni and Cheese

I'll just never be the girl who can give up pasta.  There I said it, I've tried before and I've failed, and I decided a life without pasta is just no life for me.  You feel me right?  That's why we are friends after all...  I mean I'm not saying we should be eating it every day of the week, but when the craving hits, you most definitely should indulge!  One of my favorite comfort pastas is macaroni and cheese because it brings me back to my childhood, my kiddo loves it, and I mean it's cheese and pasta after all...a match made in heaven.  My easy 3- ingredient macaroni and cheese is going to change your life in the homemade mac-n-cheese game because it is so easy to make and is super creamy and delicious!

Spinach Pepperoni Roll-Ups and Back to School Essentials

This post was kindly sponsored by Kroger Marketplace, but as always all thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.

In a blink of an eye, the summer has come and gone and it's time to start planning everything back to school!  From buying school supplies, to planning out lunch boxes, and everything in between it can be a bit overwhelming to get that to-do list completed before the first day of school starts!  As a mom, I get it...there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done!  That's why I am all about doing finding ways to save me time and energy, especially at this time of year!  That's why I partnered with Kroger Marketplace to bring you an easy guide to checking off all of your items on your back to school supply list all in one stop!  I'm also sharing one of my favorite easy lunch box recipes, my Spinach and Pepperoni Roll-Ups, that your kids are going to love in addition to those back to school essentials!

Everything Bagel Hummus

During the week I love making dips that I can serve with lots of veggies for healthy snack options in a hurry.  One of my favorite dips to have on hand is hummus.  It's full of protein and pairs perfectly with a plate full of veggies that my toddler will eat right up!  I love switching up my basic hummus recipe from time to time and like to add fun spices and flavors.  My everything bagel hummus just might be my new favorite hummus of all time!

Cherry and Vanilla Yogurt Granola Pops

Okay so I just realized that all of my last recipes have been all about fruit.  I guess that's because the heat index in Houston has been 104 degrees lately and fruit is my favorite snack of choice when it is hot outside!  The fruit that is produced at this time of year is one of summer's greatest qualities if you ask me, and they just so happen to be all of my favorites!  Right now I'm all about sweet cherries and have been eating them in my smoothies, plain-jane by themselves, and even in popsicles!  My cherry and vanilla yogurt granola pops are healthy and delicious and, the best part, they are perfectly suitable for breakfast!
