The Ultimate Tater Tot Nachos

Happy Friday and happy February friends!  I am super excited that this weekend is Super Bowl weekend, mostly because of the food options that I get to plan out!  I may be fighting a sore throat right now, but that doesn't meant that I don't plan on still enjoying my game day eats!  Nachos are one of my favorite game day eats, but what I love even more is mixing the recipe up in new ways!  Let me introduce you to the ultimate tater tot nachos ready to blow away the rest of the food at any Super Bowl get together!

If you love tater tots, and you love nachos, then you are going to love these ultimate nachos for any of your game day spreads!  I love that you can customize them to put as many or as few ingredients as you like and could even make a pan that is half vegetarian and half with meat!  It's the perfect customizable recipe for when you are hosting a party so that all of your guests will be happy!

These are obviously not healthy or light in any way, but life is all about balance and game day calls for a little splurging don't ya think?  Serve my buffalo cauliflower on the table too and you will have the perfect balance of a little healthy mixed with a little indulgence!

Obviously I only care about the Super Bowl this year because of the food (and because I can't wait to see Justin Timberlake perform at half time), but those are two pretty good reasons if you ask me!

Anyway, you have to make this recipe ASAP...you will not regret it!

For the full recipe visit eHow here!

You guys are going to flip over how good these nachos are guys and I can't wait for you to try them out!

P.S.  Are you excited for Sunday because of the food and JT or do you actually enjoy watching the game too?
