Three Easy Dinners for Back to School

This post has kindly been sponsored by Village Farms, but all opinions are 100% my own.

Just because back to school has rolled around and life is a little hectic right now, doesn’t mean that family dinners should go bye-bye because of a lack of time!  If anything, this is the time of year where family dinners become even more important because it just might be the only time everyone is together in one place! Tomato Basil Crush

Is anyone else obsessed with tomatoes right now?  Every year when summer rolls around and tomatoes get sweet and delicious I try to eat all the tomatoes that I can get my hands on!  When I was pregnant I ate at least three tomatoes a day with garlic salt and had to make myself stop so I wouldn't get a mouth ulcer!  Lately, I have been putting tomatoes into everything like my Greek Chicken Pasta Salad, Panzanella Cantaloupe Caprese Skewers...and now even my cocktails!  My tomato basil crush is going to have you loving tomatoes in a whole new way!

Tomato Jam BLT: My Diary of Us

Tomato Jam BLT's

Happy Monday guys!  How was your weekend?  My in-laws came to visit and we boiled crawfish, went to a Houston Astros game, and got caught in a rain storm!   It was a great weekend spent with family and it definitely went by too quickly, as weekends usually do!  It's been raining here for the past week off and on (monsoon style) and today the sun is finally out and it looks like it's here to stay making Monday a little brighter!  And if it isn't sunny where you are, I have something else that will make your Monday a little sunnier!  My tomato jam BLT's are dabomb.com and you guys are going to flip out when you take a bite of this flavor loaded sandwich!

Y'all know I love my BLT's and I am always looking for new ways to dress them up to make them feel extra special.
