Two years ago my hubby and I went to Maine and fell in love with haddock sandwiches. They were everything you could want in a fish sandwich and more. These haddock sandwiches were made with simple ingredients letting the fish shine through. They were not greasy at all and yet had a perfectly crisp crust on the outside. The bun was golden, dressed simply with tangy tartar sauce and crisp lettuce and pickles. Is your mouth watering yet? (Because mine is, and it’s only 7 am here.) Needless to say we had a haddock fish sandwich almost every single day on our vacation, even if it meant splitting one because we just couldn’t get enough! Lucky for you, I created an at home version of our favorite New England Style Haddock Sandwich that rivals the original sandwich that I fell in love with!

I hope by now you have your whole menu worked out and are beginning phase one of prepping all of your Thanksgiving dishes to get ahead of the game! Because when Thanksgiving is over and the next day rolls around and you have a container of leftover turkey in your fridge and are wondering what to do with it, wonder no more my friend.
