What Are Walking Tacos?
Walking tacos are traditionally made by adding taco fillings directly into a small bag of chips, usually a type of corn chip, so you can eat them on the go. This sheet pan version simplifies the process by cooking one family portion together in the oven, then adding desired toppings and serving them up for a crowd.
Make It Work for Your Family
Swap the protein: Ground turkey, chicken, or even plant-based crumbles work great.
Add veggies: Bell peppers or onions can be mixed into the meat mixture.
Add whatever desired toppings your family loves.
This is one of those meals that the whole family can agree on, no separate dinners required.
