Citrus Immune Boosting Juice

It’s that time of year when I am all about fueling my body with all of the immune boosting foods and beverages to stay healthy. A citrus immune boosting juice is the perfect drink to incorporate into your weekly routine so ensure you are getting vitamin c and other nutrients that will help keep you healthy throughout the winter season. I partnered with my friends at Karuna to create for you this delicious citrus immune boosting juice that is made with their Karviva Ace Sport Sunny Orange drink and is so delicious. You will love adding this drink into your weekly diet to not only try and keep healthy, but also because it tastes amazing too!

I love that citrus comes into its peak season right when we need it most and making fresh juice with all of the varieties is one of my favorite ways to enjoy citrus right now. I have been been drinking Karuna’s Ace Sports drinks for a while now and love that they alone are loaded with vitamins and nutrients that fuel my every day. These recovery drinks are loaded with collagen, vitamin C and A and are low in sugar too making them the ultimate post workout drink as well!

I simply blend up one of the Sunny Orange Ace Sports Drinks with fresh orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and ginger and then serve over ice! It’s so refreshing, so good for you, and delicious too. You are going to love having a batch of this ready to go in you fridge throughout this season!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Karviva Ace Sport Sunny Orange Drink

  • 1/2 Cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

  • 1/2 Cup Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

  • Juice from 1 Lemon

  • 1” Piece of Fresh Ginger

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until ginger is pureed. Strain and serve over ice.
