Easy Salmon on the Stove

Easy recipes have been saving my life lately.  Parks is officially on the move and getting into everything!  I almost always eat my breakfast and lunch standing up in between chasing him around the house and needless to say, this mama is whooped by the end of the day.  Pouring a glass of wine is sometimes all the energy I have left in me...truth.  I make salmon once a week because, number one it is so good for you, and number two it can be ready in 12 minutes!  That's why my recipe for easy salmon on the stove is perfect for any night of the week and especially for tired mamas.

I serve this alongside veggies or on top of a salad and I am never disappointed!  If you love salmon like we do in this house, (even Parks loves it) then you have to try this easy way to prepare it!  Searing the salmon in a skillet creates the best crispy skin and delicious crust on the outside of the fish, leaving the inside super moist and delicious!  You definitely need to add this to your dinner menu as soon as possible!

Find the recipe and how-to here over on E-How.  Hope you enjoy!
