My Diary of Us: Props

Coming Fall 2016!

Hi guys!  Are you wondering where I have disappeared to?  Well, I have a good excuse I promise! I am so excited to share with you a wonderful opportunity that I have been given!  I am officially writing my very own cookbook to be released Fall 2016!

With this new opportunity, and a new baby, it has left me little time to blog, but don't worry it's only temporary!  I will be back at it in no time, but just need a couple of months off of my full-time schedule in order to create a beautiful cookbook for you!

I am super excited to be working with Skyhorse Publishing on my very first cookbook and have literally been pinching myself that one of my ultimate goals is coming to fruition!  The book will be inspired by Cajun cuisine (my hubby's heritage) and will have my farm to table style of cooking added to the mix!  I can't wait to share more with you along with the way, but for now this is all I got!

I'll be furiously whipping up recipes in the kitchen, gathering props, and writing recipes over the next several months and I hope you will love the end result.

Thanks for being patient with me along the way and please let me know if there are certain Cajun recipes that you would love to see me do a spin on in the comments below!  I'm always up for a challenge. Cheers!
