Mix and Match Glow Bowls

Mix and Match Glow Bowls

This post is sponsored by Zwilling, but all opinions are 100% my own.

When it comes to making healthy meals for myself, lunchtime seems to be where I struggle the most. I am usually busy working and end up just grabbing little snacks throughout the day, which never seem to satisfy me. That’s why I am super excited to be partnering with Zwilling to share about their Fresh & Save system that helps me meal prep and set my self up for success for the week. Thanks to Zwilling's Fresh & Save special containers, I get to prep and keep my food fresh all week so I can have a healthy lunch ready to go with minimal effort. You are going to love setting yourself up for success and having these mix and match glow bowls prepped and ready in your fridge any day of the week.

sweet potato pie oatmeal

Sweet Potato Pie Oatmeal with a Candied Pecan Topping

It’s officially the first day of fall and I am so excited. Mostly because we just had a cool front roll in giving me all of the cozy fall vibes. I know it won’t last, but for now I am going to enjoy it. Oatmeal is one of those foods that I tend to eat more of in the cooler months, not sure why, but it’s just the way it is. I know pumpkin tends to get all of the praise at this time of year, but how about a little sweet potato love too. This oatmeal gives you all of the same flavors as your favorite sweet potato pie but in a healthier oatmeal form. This recipe for sweet potato pie oatmeal with a candied pecan topping is going to become your new favorite fall breakfast.

Creole BBQ shrimp and grits is one of those dishes that is loaded with flavor and is a crowd pleaser all around.

Extra Dirty Martini

Extra Dirty Martini

EXTRA Dirty Martinis

I love a good martini and to me the dirtier, the better. In case you are wondering what makes a dirty martini, dirty, well let me tell you. It’s a salty, savory cocktail that uses the brine from a jar of olives traditionally, but I’ve made it even dirtier by adding an unexpected kick to this cocktail. Not only do I use olive brine here, but I also use just a touch of the brine from a jar of pepperoncini peppers. The peppers give it a slight kick and I think it really takes this martini to the next level. Making your own extra dirty martinis at home is not only easy, but delicious too!
