Cheesy Brussels Sprout and Bacon Skillet Bake + Holiday Gift Guide

Cheesy Brussels Sprout and Bacon Skillet Bake

This post is sponsored by Staub, but all opinions are 100% my own.

The holidays are here and I personally love giving a gift that I would love to receive myself. I am always about adding new pieces to my kitchen that can help me be more efficient and that are great quality too. I partnered with my friends at Staub to create a gift guide with my holiday favorites plus I’m sharing how you can gift one of these items and make it both personal and special. I like to share a dish with my friends and family that I love and I have a great way for you to gift it this year. Today I’m sharing not only my cheesy brussels sprout and bacon skillet bake recipe but my holiday gift guide as well so that you can check everyone off you list this year.

This year I am gifting my favorite Staub 11” Deep Cast Iron Skillet with a dish already cooked right inside complete with a hand written recipe card for my friends and family to make over and over again. I always say food is love, and what better gift to receive than a recipe that is near and dear to your heart. I love that they not only get the recipe, but they also get the finished dish and an amazing cast iron skillet that they can have forever in their kitchen.

I use my Staub 11” deep skillet more than any other skillet because its just the right size and i love how it cooks evenly and I can place it into the oven too. This makes it so versatile for sautéing, roasting, and baking! In addition to the skillet, I have rounded up a few of my other favorite gifts from Staub that anyone would love adding into their kitchen. These items are ones that I think everyone should have and truly help out in the kitchen.

  1. Staub Cast Iron 4 Qt, Round Cocotte with Glass Lid

  2. Staub Prep Bowl Set

  3. Staub Ceramic Mixed Baking Dish Set

  4. Staub Cast Iron Skillet 11” Deep Skillet

  5. Staub Cast Iron Mini Round Cocotte

You truly can’t go wrong with any of these items and you also can’t go wrong with this amazing holiday recipe for cheesy brussels sprout and bacon skillet bake!

  • Place into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until brussels sprouts start to get tender but are still vibrant green.

  • Take out of the oven and add cheese to the top of the brussels sprouts and place back into the oven for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown. If needed switch oven to broil for last 2-3 minutes.
